| neteXpose Licence Terms
Notice
Use of neteXpose software is subject to the following neteXpose Licence terms. Accordingly, downloading the software indicates the acceptance of the Licence terms. If you do not accept the Licence terms, then the software should not be downloaded/used.
Licence and Warranty
- The software which accompanies this licence is the property of neteXpose or its Licencers and is protected by copyright law.
- neteXpose grants you a licence to use one copy of the software for evaluation purposes. Therefore this evaluation licence will be made available to you only once.
- No part of the documentation which accompanies the software, including the contents of the help facility, may be copied or reproduced in any form or by any means without the prior consent of neteXpose.
- You may not disassemble or decompile the software without neteXpose's written consent.
- Breach of the above licence may result in legal action and compensation.
Disclaimer
- neteXpose (and its suppliers) will under no circumstances be liable to you or any persons, for any special, consequential, indirect or similar damages.
- In no case shall neteXpose's liability exceed the purchase price of the software.
neteXpose Download Licence Agreement - Demonstration and Trial Software
The person or company undertaking the download of neteXpose software from the neteXpose web site is hereafter referred to as the "User". Accordingly, the User hereby agrees that:
- All neteXpose demonstration software will only be used for evaluation and testing purposes.
- Any use of neteXpose downloaded software for commercial reason is forbidden and may result in legal action and compensation.
- The downloaded neteXpose software will not be used in any commercial application or "live" environment.
- The downloaded neteXpose software is on loan for a maximum period of 7 days from the date of download, and the user has no title or rights to the software.
- The neteXpose software will be deleted and removed from all discs and other storage devices at the end of trial period, or by request from neteXpose.
- The neteXpose software remains the property of neteXpose throughout the trial period.
- The User agrees to only perform one download of each neteXpose software version.
